THE SMART MOVE — BUILD A HOME FOR WHAT IS WORTH REUSING

AI can save time in the moment and still create a mess later: useful prompts buried in old chats, good drafts with vague names, and no clear line between a draft and something ready to use.

This month, create one dependable home base for the AI-supported work you actually want to keep. Your "command center" can be a folder, document, approved workspace, or another system you already use. It does not need to be fancy. It needs to make retrieval easier.

TRY THIS THIS WEEK

Choose one recurring task: lesson planning, family communication, meeting/admin work, or differentiation.

1. Save one prompt that genuinely worked.
2. Give it a plain-language name.
3. Note what changes each time.
4. Add one reminder about what you must verify.
5. Decide where the reviewed final output belongs.

If you cannot find it again in 30 seconds next week, simplify the system.
